Did they measure on target?
well...since i just got a new set of hydrometers, they were all right on target. Both the amber and the IPA hit 81% attenuation. The black lager i brewed yesterday and it was active this morning so i had to take a very educated guess on its starting grav since my refract isnt really super accurate 0-18 brix and the triple scale hydrometer that i have as a backup is useless. The Mex lager was my second attempt at using the spunding valves(both were semi-failures) more research is needed on that front. 50/50 on dumping it or tossing fruit on it. probably jsut gonna dump it and brew a quick kolsch next week. shuffled some things around in the cooler so i wont have an empty draftline over the weekend. I look at the mex lager on Monday and make that call.
I do like how you arranged the samples for your photo. And the mention of Amber Ale means I need to get busy. My wife wants me to brew mine, so as soon as my sourdough is out of the oven, I need to get to lhbs for grains, hops and yeast.
