Bottled another small batch today over the open dishwasher. Nary a drop on the floor aside from some drips of Star-san 
That is the way to do it. I bottled my Vienna Garage Lager a few days ago using the usual process, without any spills. The biggest help is using a 6 inch deep plastic tub, in which all of the bottles are filled. Any drips go in the tub, not on the dishwasher door. After bottling, I use that tub to clean all of the bits and bobs from the process.Bottled another small batch today over the open dishwasher.
