Maybe more like a Belgian ale, but she is going to be pale ;)

Your input please
Tasty? Different hop?
I'm looking for an easy drinking beer

Note that I have no idea what type of pilsner malt I have, so I just chose one. My set up is not very controlled.

Mash 90+ minutes at around 65 oC

I'm no expert on this style...

Looks like a nice Saison recipe fermented with a more fruity, Belgian yeast. Should be a nice session beer. My only question is using Fuggles and Saaz. Do they work together? I have no idea.

I'm not good with hops, but this is based on a recipe I've done before. Quite a long time ago, but I remember it was nice. I used M31 that time. It was one of my first beers, so maybe I was just chuffed it tasted like beer:rolleyes:
Open to suggestions, though :)

They should. Fuggles is more earthy and saaz has a spicy note to it. Even if it isn't authentic, bet it is good

Just checked my notes and I have no idea how I came to that combo
I made it this year and it wasn't M31, it was a Voss Kveik brew
No tasting notes either.

I need to improve on my record keeping for sure

Hey Zambezi Special, there's this really cool brewing site that'll let you keep all your records, notes and recipes!
I also heard they have some super cool people who help you out when you have questions and or just to bullshit with.
Give me a minute while I look up the name of the site.....
:)

OK, I deserved that and it made me laugh :D

My internet is pretty erratic, so I still keep paper copies and I mostly work off-line.
