Hello from NC, New to this forum and brewing program. I'm trying my hand at building recipes with distilled water etc. I've put all the information in
And was hoping someone could review the recipes and offer any information or problems I may have made. Specifically I see a low CO2 volume
In priming a high water ration to grain and a negative # in alkaline residual on the pumpkin ale recipe. I've added red wheat malt for head retention and Dme for Abv. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've shared the recipe online.
