    At 70c my OG are 1036 and FG 1009 but at 73c my OG are still 1036 but FG 1007.

    I´m gonna brew a session ale at 3.5% abv and want to use a higher mash temp to get some body. I first put 70c as a mashtemp and got a FG at 1010 , later I change the mashtemp to 73c, which gave me a FG at 1007?? I thought it would change to a higher FG??

    Where do I find the post mash Numbers so that I know that the mash is Done? Not the pre boil, but before I start to Sparge? I see Brewers mesure wort gravity from the mash but where do I find the reading it should be?
