Sorry, looks like I missed this one. I don't remember what I had but vaguely recall noting something about the beer. Maybe you have it, only slight differences in the different beers. The place was pretty cool.

Potato Soup

I made one with grocery store dough last night. decent but nowhere near as good as homemade dough.

I was in Asheville a few weeks ago and visited New Belgium Brewing, White Labs, Burial, One World and High Wire. Great times, such a shame with the flooding from the Hurricane.

Amazon under sci-fi series I think. It’s clunky to watch now but brings back lots of memories. Little kid , dinosaurs , oh yeah.

I calibrated mine just recently after a battery change and its pretty much spot on. If it is off, a jiggle of the fermenter fixes it.

Yes. English yeast strain with apricot & tropicals. I wanted to try it for a pale ale, then read a few posts that people loved it for their house bitters. When this finishes i'll brew the PA and re-use the yeast.

Bitter right now and will do a Pale Ale and dump on the yeast in a week or so. Got to get a lager going soon too. So many on the to do list including 2 commons.
