    True, but I was after recipe critique, not whether it matched a style. As I said, I should have just left the style blank. Styles might be good for judging and are useful for a base recipe, but are a hindrance to creativity.

    How do I convert British measurements to US measurements

    Under "Recipe Tools", select "Copy", edit that recipe and change the units from Metric to US. Also, grams, kilograms, etc aren't British units. They are "Everyone but the USA" units.
