I've never bought a pound of hops - is it practical to buy a pound when I'm just using a few ounces per batch?

Just got back into homebrewing after a 20 year (!) hiatus. Having a blast and enjoying some good homebrew from recipes of mine that were 20+ years old. This time its BIAB.

Had a few miscalculations, glitches and a lower yield than expected. Had to boil off more but then added some water back. But all is well. OG 1.064, in the fermenter and pitched at 71 F at 1650. Off we go!

Up and at 'em! It's Saturday morning and I'm home alone all day; hmm, what should I do? Going to make an IPA. Hopefully I can keep a small amount of the East Texas Pollen Storm out of my brew,
