Yes, EBC. The converter I linked to makes recipe comparison easy but at the end of the day I can get the calculator out and use SRM = EBC × 0.508 EBC = SRM × 1.97 SRM = (1.3546 × °L) - 0.76 °L = (SRM + 0.76) ÷ 1.3546
