I'm trying to figure out how much flaked maize (or other suggestion) to substitute in a BIAB version of an extract recipe that calls for 8oz of corn sugar. The recipe also call for 8oz of rice solids, but I'm thinking I can keep that? Basically looking to create a BIAB version of BB...
