Title says it all. I usually use Hallertau M. but am almost out and open to suggestion.

I do this with every brew. If they’re close with a few points no problem. If upwards of 10 points I know it is a ferm issue not wort related.

In my water requirements I am getting a volume increase from early sugar/extract addition even though I am Choosing BIAB not Extract under Brew Method.

I have done a lot of no chill. The low hopped ones have turned out great with no issues. The hoppy styles have been overly bitter due to the extended exposure to high temp wort. I usually transfer to fermenter within 1 week, usually a few days. I do this when I am short on time and want to...

I have suggested this before. Hopefully the technology has advanced to the point where it is now possible. Would be nice. Not holding my breath however.

When attempting to select STYLE under the GENERAL tab the app crashes in all cases. We have the 2015 guidelines but can't select or change from the app. You can make selection on desktop and it will sync however.
