    Yeah more than likely the flavours your talking about comes from not conditioning long enough... In Aust we call it green beer... I was always told to not try your brew for a minimum of 1 month but 2 is prefered for some beers like European lagers

    Fermentation Temperature Control

    Just setup a lager fridge as in east vic you get about 3 weeks per year where you can get steady temps... Got one of the $12 jobs off ebay and a half decent cheap fridge that fits 2 x 30lt vessels... Put a sealed bucket full of water at the bottom to hold the probe and have done at least 6 brews...

    Clone Beers

    Have done a extract clone of James squire hop thief 7 blind tested it with a few people and was pretty dam close... I would say 85-90% now trying to reproduce that in AG but unfortunately that beer is no longer available hence why i tryed to clone it before they moved onto number 8...
