Manifold complete! Took quite a few hours to get it all together but finally got it done. Did a mini Mach brew day while cleaning and seems to all work. Few adjustments left but no rush. Shouldn't have to touch a hose or a cam lock from filling HLT to cleaning Brew kettle.

    Star San

@Orsonhornbeam Glad to hear you'll switch. You're probably introducing more bacteria by placing on a heat vent for 12 hours than you are ridding by sanitizing in the first place. Drip dry would be better where you are not forcing constant new air into the wet-ready-to-absorb sides of your...

I can't pass down deals either lol. I got my eye on the 920gph pump on amazon for 30 bucks. If I don't sort out the prob then will just buy that I think.

Not the hose is I think it's just the pump. It's just a utility pump that I had kicking around, cheap made

I think a sump pump would be the best way. What type of fitting comes out of the top of it?

Yeah those buckets are handy! 3/4 female garden hose adapter. Here's the list of parts. Found out today with a run with PBW that though the pump is submersible, it's rubber is breaking down. Need to find a way to keep it out of solution for sanitary reasons.

Yup, both sides same time. As long as you have some restriction on the main line, it seems to push plenty of volume through both simultaneously. Thanks Trialben

    Water Profile - Edmonton AB

That's what I use for my source too, epcor. Have you ever tested your water ? I have the same water from Edmonton know where I am except for I store in a cistern so I'm starting to wonder if maybe I'm getting some changes because of that that's not accounted for on the epcor report...

    Water Profile - Edmonton AB

Looking to see if anyone has some recent profiles for Edmonton AB, perhaps @Hawkbox ? Trying to sort out my mash pH. Last few brews I have noticed it was coming in lower than expected (after adjusting salts based on Palmer's workbook). Wondering if perhaps the water is changing much causing...

What are you drinking right now?

That's awesome! That's where I grabbed the recipe, might be the same one. I followed the details best I could as it sounded like a lot of effort has been put into figuring it out.
