    I would limit to 5% max, or around 1 liter for 5 gallons. Those 2 pounds should be sufficient

    Concord aren't wine grapes. Careful blending too much into a beer, remember concord grape juice is sweet from the sugar. The longer you let the must sit on the skins the redder and deeper the color will impart.

    I'm a hop grower and a hop plant propagator. I can't believe we're already on the other side of July 4th. Still waiting for the japanese beetles to show up, they're running late. Plenty of leafhoppers around this year though, hate those bugs because they're fast.

    Make bigger yeast starters than you think you need, brewday starts a day or two before mash in.
