Thanks guys, But I up this thread because I think it would be a really good feature to be able to enter the amount of acid we put for the sparge water. For people using the same HLT for mash/sparge, we can't have a precise ion concentration if the acid quantity is not correct :/

Same question here, thank you EDIT : Sorry it seems it's been answered in the FAQ : "This mix, also sold as AMS3, is popular among UK home brewers. A strength of 100% refers to the strength of this acid in the bottle."
