My desktop screen is about 17" diagonal, and is at 100%. My iPad is an older model, but not ancient.

I had been using my iPad browser and also a desktop browser. The other additions did not display on either. I just checked the app, and the other ingedients display there just fine. I guess I can live with that, but I prefer the browser.

No, mine looks different. The Mash Guidelines section is immediately followed by the Yeast section when in Recipe view. To see other additions, I need to go into edit mode, which seems odd. Also, on yours, I don't see any acid addition listed. Is the acid addition supposed to be listed along...

If I have this straigt....in the recipe view, I'm not able to see salt additions. I need to click on "edit" to see them. To see acid additions that were calculated when I originally did water calcs, I need to go back into the water calculator. This all seems odd. Why aren't salt and acid...

    Yeast Type Changes

I have the issue on both Chrome and Safari. My iPad is an older model running IOS 9.3.5. That's the newest version of IOS that my iPad will run.

    Yeast Type Changes

Just a quick observation. I and others who ran into this issue are seeing the yeast type change to a White Labs yeast. Odd coincidence. Just today, BF changes my Fermentis S05 to WL Abbey Ale. One other thing I noticed...I just edited my recipe to indicate S05, and saved it. I then...

    Yeast Type Changes

I just tried it with Chrome, and also a browser called Brave. I ran into the same glitch with both. 1. Save a recipe after selecting Wyeast London Ale III (actually hit save a few times) 2. Go to Forums page 3. Return immediately to Dashboard and open the recipe I just saved. The yeast becomes...

    Yeast Type Changes

I access the website on my iPad using Safari and also use the Android app (beta). I only use the app for brewing. The issue comes up on recipes developed using my iPad. I saved a London Ale III yeast, only to find it subsequently has changed to White Labs European Ale yeast. I tried hitting...

    Yeast Type Changes

After I save a new recipe and later return to BF, I find that the yeast type has changed. Any idea what's going on?

    Water Profile Alkalinity

I'll do just that. Many thanks for the responses.

    Water Profile Alkalinity

I'm new to using BF for building water. I use 100% RO water from the local grocery store for BIAB brewing and want to save an "RO Water" profile in Brewer's Friend. I assume I'd enter "0" or near 0 for the various ions, but am not sure what to enter for Alkalinity (speaking of "0", that's...

Water Chemistry not linking to Recipe, no water adjustment report?

I'm happy to hear about that upcoming integration. Any update? Will there be a notification when the integration is complete? Thanks!

    Adroid recipes wont sync

I found that clicking on "edit" and then "save" for each recipe when logged on using my desktop made them available to sync.

    Android App

Never mind. I found that clicking on "edit" and then "save" for each recipe made them available to synch.

    Android App

I just purchased the Android App, did a sync, and saw that only 2 of 14 recipes made it to the app. Any idea what's going on?

    Custom Timer

Jeff I use the iphone app as well, and just looked into your suggestion. That'll work perfectly! Thanks for the tip.

    Custom Timer

    Anything?

    Custom Timer

Is there a way to add a timer to the list? I'm thinking of things like "add yeast nutrient" at a specified time during the boil.
