    My saison has a tad of sweetness left. Very very drinkable :) Gotta put a picnic tap on my other keg to test my simple saison cider. Gonna delay that for a bit out of self preservation ;)

    I throw cool water over the grain back which cools it down enough to squeeze with bare hands

    I'm a squeezer! Drain the bag, dunk in water, drain, repeat and then squeeze as much liquid out of the bag as possible.
