    I use Lallemand VOSS dry yeast for NEIPA, and ferment at 30C. I didn't like the tangy flavor it gave off at lower temperatures, ferments pretty clean at the higher temps

    First hop additions are in whirlpool, and I don't think there is any risk of DMS, just time savings really.

    Somebody to Jam with from time to time would probably be my vibe. I will meet some people when I start doing open mic nights. There is a spot up the street from. Me that does them Sundays at 6pm, but we are usually at our trailer on weekends

    Mango and Tangerine aroma hops

    I think that if it had a high finishing gravity, or some lactose (a sweeter finish), the mango might be a little more prominent. Another thing can enhance that is vanilla.

    For hazy IPA'S 30 minutes Most other beers 60 minutes Scottish Ale 8.7% went for 120 + I boiled some wort separately for an hour

    Just make sure you deal with the chlorine, handled easily with a campden tablet, or at least part of one. Sorry, unsolicited advice, but I wish I had known that in my first handful of brews :)

    Looks just like a Mild! Nice looking beer, tough to get body and a full flavor at 2.8%
