It is a kit where you just pour all ingredients in your fermenter with the amount of water required cover and walk away. I tried one and the beer was quite good.

I made the Irish Red Ale Flash Brew kit and it was decent. It's as simple as making a box cake mix. Even easier because you don't even have to mix it. The yeast has a wide temperature range so you don't have to worry too much about keeping it cool during fermentation.

I made one yesterday because I brewed an Oktoberfest last weekend and due to the additional time needed to lager that beer, I needed something quick and easy to keep my taps from running dry.
