i have built a bomber filler that was semi automated, filled 4 at a time and then we had to manual crown them. it was many beers ago. it was a counter pressure filler. filled thousands of bottles on it. it was not cheap and was a constant challenge to run, but we were doing a far different thing then what i assume you are talking about.

It's difficult to answer. We have some popular beers which are not very good but we have also some excellent local breweries which seems locally. I think it is more a less the same everywhere now !
