Looking to brew this weekend, and looking to use up some remaining freezer hops. I've got about 3 or 4 oz of columbus, and maybe 1/2 or so of tettnang I think (it was some noble hop for a gose).
I'll probably use the tettnang no matter what just to get rid of the small amount, but it looks like I'm pretty much relegated to pale ale variations with columbus.
Been thinking of doing my first saison, haven't brewed a stout in a while.
Any thoughts? Maybe a black ipa to sort of split the difference? I figure I'm going to have to bite the bullet one way or the other
