Bubbling in aerator

How soon after the brew is in the fermentor should you expect bubbling?
 
Really too many variables.
Yeast strain
Yeast type
Yeast health
Wort temp
Starter used?

Generally in 12-48 hours, but a lager at low temp will take longer. My last one really didn't get going for a week

Maybe not sealed well? Do you see any foam or Krausen? If you can see it and it looks like stuff on top of the wort you are good.
 
Ok. Do you see anything going on inside there?
 
After 5 days you may not see much but you would see crap sticking to the sides where the Krausen rose
 
I once had a 'poor' seal and the airlock didn't bubble, but it did turn into beer, as has yours. Give it some time to finish then package it!
