It's a real nice surprise for me having found this site.
My experience in beer brewing is short, less than 2 years. I started buying some german literature, later I decided taking a course taught by a renowned Mexican brewmaster who was very hopeful, and currently I brew one or two batches per month. Once you enter this wonderful realm of beer brewing you realize there is a lot of potential to make in every brewing session. Crafting beer has become for me a way to express your feelings and thoughts in a different way. Many good advices I have learned and put into practice through this time and I will always try to make the beer I brew a fantastic experience for all senses.
