WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Last time I made this (7/27/2021) the corn mash didn't get as gelled up as it has in the past. I'm worried the corn didn't cook too well. After the 90 minute mash I took a piece of corn out and bit into it and it was still tough and powdery on the inside. So I ended up raising the temp as close to boiling as I could and let that cook for a while.
