used 7 gallons for the mash, ended with 6.0 gallons of wort at @1.054(13.0 brix). later added 2 cups dme and then another gallon to the boil. ended up with 5.5 gallons at 1.056 OG |

Pitched the yeast at 2pm on 2/23. pitched at 65 degrees, then brought temp up to 67 degrees

Ferm plan is 5 days at 67 degrees, then move up to 70 degrees for 5 days. after 10 days move to secondary and add cherries |
