Notes

First draft of my Australian IPA.

Will scale down to 15 L, with no amber malt for a better baseline.
Try batches with more ester-y yeast and amber malt.

Try batches with different timing of Enigma and different amounts of Enigma, Vic Secret and Galaxy.
