Added .25 oz Hallertau Blanc and .15 oz Lavender at flameout. Will decide if more lavender is needed after fermentation. If more is needed, will add with Blueberries. |

First couple pours from keg:
First thought is to use a neutral yeast next time. The small amount of lavender used at flameout was more than enough, and it doesn't need the clove from the hefe yeast. I also used about 2.25 lb of blueberry and it was enough. She likes it though, which is what matters. |

Micheal came over to discuss the flavor. He agrees on using a different yeast. As of today, the clove from the yeast has died down a lot, which is nice, but it's still super lavender forward. Maybe more blueberry next time and neutral yeast? I'll consider a dry hop to improve "beer" flavor. |
