Notes

The gravity on this site is always way off. Last batch I brewed, estimated a OG of 1.044 and I got 1.071. The body on that batch was way too thick. Going to try and keep it simple this time. Hope to get an OG of 1.065.

Got an OG of 1.061, this table chart is way off. Hoping for 1.015 for the FG around 5.5 ABV...

So the final gravity fell to 1.010, so the ABV = 6.5%

This might be incredibly juicy and hoppy with a lot of aroma. We shall see.
