40L strike water leaves room for suspended keg hop. Open or psi ferment.

1.25 water / 1 dry rice (WEIGHT) in IP 4 mins Pressure cook.

75% is bang on for brewhouse eff w/ no sparge
7-9 degrees hotter in F strike to hit mash temp

V20. Moderate sulfates, nice mosaic pop. Needs a few IBUs at 30 mins. Needs some pine to balance Mosaic ... otherwise very, very satisfied.

Or go with 27% rice, 150ppm sulfates, 1.025 gravtity for something very good. 68c reliably gets me to 1.010 even with high rice %
