Notes

steep the graine in 3 gallon of 160 f for 30 min

add first extract addition and bring to boil.
once boilling follow the boil schedule.

add second extract addition when the heat is turned off and let sit for 10 min before cooling.

top off to 5 gallon in fermenter and pich yeast. ferment for 10 days at 65 f in primary fermenter
