Notes

a beer in the style of stone and wood pacific ale. built from various discussions around the web on how to clone however done as a single hop ale to show off the

colour was super pale. think white ale.

Suain we used was a little old so i adjusted the bitterness down a touch, this beer is in no what a bitter beer, came out surprisingly juicy.

Cannot seem to get it clear, crashed before putting in fermenter still had some cloud so I added gelatin about a week later and shook it up to mix in. then let sit for another 2 days, removed about half the shit but still a slightly hazy white ale.

tastes superb however a little wheaty for my liking, next time will substitute half the wheat for oats and try again!
