Notes

Mesh in 16L of water at 54 degrees for 30 mins

then take ca 3L of mesh water and a pan full of grains out,
heat up rest to 66-67 degrees

meanwhile:
boil down the 3L for 15 mins,
fry the grains,
but it back in

mesh for another 30 mins

then extract as much sugar as possible (to 28 L boil size)

90 min boil

add hops after 30 mins to give 60 mins AA extraction
