Water from Ross- rain/bore mix
Start boil with 34L

added 1.5L water to make 35.5L
Ran out of gas partway through boil, so added 15mins to boil -75min total

OG 1.058 27L pitched yeast at 24’C
fermented at 11’C on 26/8

2/9 tested 1.025 still thick with proteins. nice taste
12/9 found thermostat had been turned off for 2 days.
21/9 gravity 1.013. over attenuated, probably due to heat rise.
Chilled to 3’C

turned out delicious after 2months in the bottle. Would be good with all Munich and no black malt next time
