Notes

This is my most popular beer. Refreshing but with plenty of flavor. The slight malty sweetness is balanced by a soft hop bitterness and floral aroma.

The Vienna malt is a break from protocol, but its biscuity aroma is what makes this one sing. That and the yeast.

Ferment on the cooler end of the temperature range if you can.

Mosaic hops aren't necessary...just what I had on hand for bittering.
