Pulled a 10 mL sample and diluted. Tastes like an okay pilsner (I'm not really a fan of okay pilsners).
I think the plan is to let it sit for a couple more days, then dilute to 6% for something a bit more interesting. Considering tossing in some last minute hop extract. |
