Notes

I received this recipe from a local home store here in Olympia wa. The owner said he received the recipe from a descendant of the original owners of the Olympia brewery. The recipe did not come with mash schedule just the boil time, hop additions, and grain bill. The mash schedule I chose I'm guessing will produce a similar beer to the original.
