Notes

Steep: Brought Victory Grains up to 160 with water. Let steep at temp for roughly additional 20 min.

Removed grain bag and topped kettle off with 4+ gallons of water, burner on high.

Started boil with 6 lbs DME, last pound will be late addition at 15 min.

Hops added per schedule.

PB2 added first at 10 min to fully incorporated, followed by ginger, and then cilantro.

NOTES- PB2 will clump, maybe premeasure and shake into avoid. Throw Cilantro leaves in a grain bag before dropping in kettle next time so that you don't get a stopped siphon.

Butchered about 18 oz of Mango out of two good size thai mangoes (2 lbs)

Sliced and deseeded 5 good size thai peppers (1/Gal)
