Notes

Adapted from Northern Brewer 3 gallon BIAB recipe.

Built on a base of Belgian pilsner with a small percentage of torrefied wheat to fil out the body and add a suggestion of creaminess, then hopped to high levels with European gems and rippling with rich yeast fruitiness.

Fermentation: approx 1 week primary, 2 weeks secondary at 65 to 75 deg F.
