Notes

Peel and chop sweet potatoes. Boil 15 minutes until soft, mash.

Break down turkey carcass and roast bones. Add to boil at 15 minutes, strain out.

Wash cranberries, spray with star-san, freeze, thaw, add to secondary fermenter.
