Notes

semi-traditional Ordinary Bitter. plan is to ferment this for two or three days, then split the batch in half and add a pound of homemade invert sugar to three gallons. at approximately 36 ppg, the invert sugar should add 12 points to the OG.

Split 6 gallons into two fermenters December 6
Added 1 lb. invert sugar to the plastic fermenter

Two dry hop additions, evenly split between the batches

If the unmodified beer is 4% ABV, the boosted beer should be 5.6% ABV
