Notes

Hoping for a simple, yet tasty session type porter.
Figuring the wheat will add to the body.
Since the wheat extract is actually 60% wheat malt, this means this recipe is very close to 50% wheat malt and 50% pale malt.
This is my first time using the Midnight Wheat so I'm using it as my lead dark grain to see how I like it.
Made this on 2/18/16. Was about 10% short on the wheat extract so I made it up with light LME.
April 2016: One of my best porter/stouts yet!
