Not sure where I lost the quarter gallon... it was almost 3 gallons at 0 minutes, so I extended another fifteen minutes, then had only 2.5 when I cooled and pitched. |

Primed with 42g Brown Sugar (I know, weird, right? But it was all I had, failure to plan ahead.) From Northern Brew Priming Calculator for 2.5 g at 66degrees for 2.0 volumes.
