Notes

60 minute hops are FWH.

Pitch at 16℃-17℃ and allow to rise to 20℃ over 6 - 12 hours. Maintain beer at 20℃ until FG achieved (or only 1-2 points away) and then allow beer temp to reduce.

Cool to drop yeast before transferring to keg with first dry hop.
