Took 24 oz of Lovi Coffee (12 of Honduras, 12 of Guatemala, ground and made into cold brew in fridge. Filled 4x 1/2 gallon mason jars, left for 2 days.
Added steeped tea in 3 cups of water and honey. PItch yeast and do TOSNA 3 days.
Tracked to secondary with 6 oz of espresso beans (Blackwater Coffee Cartographer) and left to flavor for 10 days.

2/24 - 3 gallons of cold brew coffee (4 64 oz mason jars / used 2 mason jars of sludge)
3 cups of steeped Black tea
Safale S-04 added with 6.25g GoFerm
TOSNA - 1 tsp FermaidO
2/25 - TOSNA - 1 tsp FermaidO
2/26 - TOSNA
3/3 - TOSNA
3/10 - Gravity 1.040
3/20 - Gravity 1.032. Racked to secondary with 6oz of whole espresso beans.
4/19 - Gravity 1.032, Bottled (12.73% ABV). Take age from 3/30 in bottle.
