Notes

I feel like this might be a little too much hop flavor. Fermented at 72 for 10 days, but not enough banana flavor. Has a light sweet finish that I really like and I think that's because of the Munich malt. Nice color and cloudyness. May need to lower hops next batch. I'm not modifying water at this time so ignore the water profile, I'm using spring water from the store.
