Notes

I modified the original recipe at https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/815781/spruce-tip-ale. No rye, no carapils and adding oats. I am not sure why I did that, I may have just messed up buying ingredients, but it worked really well the first time I made this, so I am doing it again. I also am using my homegrown hops which are a blend of Cascade and Tettnanger. The blue and green spruce tips are from my yard.
