At the end of boil Cool down to 170F Add 8oz Citra and let it sit for 20mins


2.5kg x 2 whole Frozen strawberries from Costco.
Thaw and crush using some wort then add to fermentor same time with the yeast. Ferment for 7 days. Add all 3 yeast packets at 70F.
