Notes

smoked 3# 2row over cherry and maple for 1 hr. Some of the original recipe grains not available so used what I have in stock. Got water from Moon Ridge Brewery. First time using KVIEK Voss yeast. Inspired by Arnfin who brewed beer in Norway long ago who be here at brew time to over see. Will be adding juniper and spruce branches to the boil. Will ferment at 100 F.
