Notes

Get 8lbs of strawberries. Crush them and then freeze them until primary fermentation is done. Once fermentation is complete thaw the strawberries and place them at the bottom of your sterilized secondary. Rack the beer from the primary into the secondary. Wait 3 weeks then bottle.
