Etter mesking, kjøl til 43 grader, og tilsett 200 gram ukvernet malt. Lot stå 2 dager på 43 grader til ph ca. 3.4 (målt med strips, så ganske unøyaktig)
Silte av malt, kote opp, tilsett humle, og ryllik. Kjøl ned og tilsett gjær som vanlig.
